Rosa Vargas, CC is a certified career coach who needed a new website to support her new business. With advancing technology and the rise of social media, Rosa needed to build a website to align with the goals of the business and the target audience.


The website had to portray Rosa as a career coach and expert in her field. She wanted to reach a target audience, but she didn't quite know the best way to reach them. Her goal was to attract leads by blog signups and social media campaigns. Her site needed to be in English and Spanish.


We began with branding for Rosa. She needed a logo designed, typography, and images. We created a branding guideline with hex colors, and fonts to create a cohesive brand.

Second, we discovered who Rosa's buyer personas were through marketing strategy.

Next, we focused on her website content to increase web traffic. SEO keywords and key phrases were incorporated into the content for better SEO ranking.

Finally, we worked on the website design that best fit Rosa's personality.


The solution came together with the creation of a custom-designed, responsive website that included beautiful portraits of Rosa throughout the site, a calendar link for booking appointments with Rosa, a section for a free gift offer, a blog, and social media share widgets.

Additionally the following "behind the scenes" features were built-in:

• regular pings to Google, Yahoo and Bing

• Google analytics performance reporting

• high speed page loading

• anti-spam features on contact forms


We are proud to have good results as Rosa has positioned herself as a leading HR consultant in her local area in English and Spanish. She continues to write blogs that attract new visitors each month. Since the process is ongoing, we will continue to monitor content and test new content.
